As a faculty member at California State University, Northridge and a partner in RPM Consulting, he provides decision support and education solutions using Geographic Information Systems and web-based interaction.
Elio received a B.S. in Finance and a Master of Public Health degree from California State University, Northridge. He also received a doctorate in Educational Technology focusing on public health from Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Education and Psychology. He has consulted for a variety of organizations including City of Hope, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Los Angeles County Dept. of Health Services, and Pacificare.
